Educational Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member owned cooperative.
Who can join?
You are eligible for membership at Educational Employees Credit Union if:Any employees of the schools in Rock County and members of the Janesville Area Retired Educators Association (JAREA).
(Janesville School District, Parochial & Lutheran Schools, Wisconsin School for the Visually Handicapped, U-Rock, Blackhawk Technical College, (JAREA) Janesville Area Retired Educators Association.
The immediate family of Educational Employees Credit Union members are also eligible. Immediate family includes spouse, children, parents, and grandchildren.

Filing Fees
If
you give a security interest in certain types of property, we may charge you a
filing fee to perfect our interest in the property. If so, the amount of the fee
will be disclosed to you at the time you obtain the advance.
Late Charges
If
your payment is 10 or more days late, you may be charged a $10.00 fee, or 5% of
your monthly payment, whichever is less.
Collection Costs
You
promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount that you owe under this
agreement, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees to the extent
permitted by applicable law.
Returned Check Charge
You
will be charged $10.00 for each share draft (or check) presented for payment on
a loan which is returned unsatisfied because the drawer does not have an account
with the drawee, or does not have sufficient funds in his or her account, or
does not have sufficient credit with the drawee.
